Susan Sims Smith, founder of Arkansas House of Prayer and The Interfaith Center and Sister Deborah Troillett, RSM, Executive Director of Arkansas House of Prayer will lead different sessions of our Mornings of Sacred Silence July-August. They will teach about silence in an interfaith format informed by their own personal spiritual journeys. They will offer simple meditation techniques to the group, followed by a time of shared silence and open discussion with the group.
This morning session is perfect for you if you cannot take time out of a demanding work day and a busy family evening – you will leave rejuvenated with gratitude and peace that only silence can bring. Register for the class by clicking HERE. This program is free of charge.

St. Margaret’s and Arkansas House of Prayer are offering community labyrinth walks on Sundays.
We will continue to meet all summer on Sundays except for Sunday May 23, May 30 and July 4, in observance of St. Margaret’s picnic, Memorial Day and 4th of July.
The Rev. Cindy Fribourgh or Sister Deborah Troillett, RSM will lead a short meditation in the patio area in front of the House of Prayer. Participants may then take the short path through the woods to walk the outdoor labyrinth. Handheld labyrinths will be available for those for whom the path is difficult.
No experience is needed. A short teaching will be offered about this ancient spiritual discipline for those who are not familiar with the labyrinth. The twists and turns of the labyrinth are representative of our spiritual journey, all of which lead to God, the center.
A day of silence can be a pilgrimage in itself. Let your Soul play. Let your defenses crumble. Surrender in Silence. Welcome Peace,
